A guide to obtaining a loan to buy a property

The papers required for a real estate loan for scientific and professional professionals to finance the purchase of a residential or commercial property.

1- A copy of the identity card.
2- Document not judged.
3- A family statement.
4- A loan request from the concerned branch to be filled out with the information shown in it in addition to the supporting documents for the property to be purchased under a contract notarized by the notary, or which will be presented as a guarantee in the event that the property to be purchased is not accepted as a guarantee
5- In the event that the loan applicant is a scholarly profession, he shall ask for the following:
A- A letter from the union stating the following:
- History of the profession
- Join date
Place of practicing the profession, if any
- A statement showing the amount of the monthly income, and a written statement of income can be accepted, certified by the union.
b- A certified copy of the license to practice the profession
C- A certified copy of the educational certificate of the loan applicant
